We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

  • Free on all orders
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate: $15
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we work to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

AIRWENS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

AIRWENS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
