Where is my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you haven't received tracking details or have a question about your order's status, email us at Support@airwens.store with your order number.

Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping is free and arrives in 3–5 business days; Express shipping is available for $15 and arrives in 1–2 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Product dimensions — will it fit?

The AIRWENS 12,000 BTU unit measures approximately 14.4" W × 12.6" D × 29.3" H (36.5 × 32 × 75 cm) and is built for rooms up to about 298 sq ft. The included window kit fits most standard windows.
