We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

The AIRWENS 12,000 BTU unit measures approximately 14.4" W × 12.6" D × 29.3" H (36.5 × 32 × 75 cm) and is built for rooms up to about 298 sq ft. The included window kit fits most standard windows.
